Terms of Service for Altipeak Support Portal

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this Support Portal (hereinafter referred to as "the Portal"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Portal.

3. Ticket Submission and Management

3.1 You may submit support tickets through the Portal for issues related to altipeak products.

Please note: If you are an indirect customer of Altipeak, all first-level support requests should be directed to your registered integrator. Altipeak support is intended for escalated issues and should not serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries or troubleshooting.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting tickets.

3.3 We reserve the right to prioritize and respond to tickets based on severity and available resources.

4. Knowledge Base Usage

4.1 The knowledge base articles are provided for informational purposes only.

4.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content without prior written consent.

5. Proper Use

5.1 You agree not to use the Portal for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

5.2 You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Portal or its related systems.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on the Portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of altipeak or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
